Did the duplicate order go away?
It is improved! While checking out select save template. Place your first order and then select the template (which is a duplicate of the previous order) and change as much or little as you want.
Do I have to type in all my recipients names and addresses?
No, you can simply upload a CSV/Excel file. You can upload the file here:

Is it possible to upload PS/AI files for custom designs?
Yes, see the screenshot below:

What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
It can take us up to two business days to get orders sent once payment is received. Variables such as setting up custom designs or unclear/undetermined addresses may cause delays.
Can I get wholesale pricing for orders less than 10 boxes?
Yes - Greetabl's Insider Pro program offers many benefits including discounts and it pays for itself when shipping 5 orders in a month.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
For Send Many discounts, yes, 4 boxes minimum. Insider Pro discounts apply to every order automatically.
Can I customize boxes with my logo and design?
Yes! Get a free custom box when joining Insider Pro or we can do it for you for a $100 fee or you can use the template provided on the product page.
Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can upload?
Nope!
Are there any additional discounts available for bulk orders?
The discount is included in the bulk order form. Insider Pro is a way to get even a bigger discount. For orders of greater than 100 gift boxes you can inquire at hello@greetabl.com if you would like us to look for additional discounts for your project.
What payment options are available for corporate orders?
You can pay by credit card or checkout with the invoice option and we'll send you a payment link via Quickbook when your design is complete.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
Unfortunately, no. Although we agree sending gift cards is a great feature, it does involve some risk. Once your order is placed payment is sent to the vendor and the card is printed with your box. Anyone who can see the card can redeem the card. This means if someone steals the box, it is gone. Also, we now place a scratch off sticker on the code, but if it is scratched off and left sitting out anyone can snap a picture and redeem the code. Greetabl makes around 1% of the sale and that doesn't cover our costs of making them and we definitely cannot replaced them. If you are having trouble with your card you should contact the vendor (Uber, Amazon, etc.).
Can I schedule a meeting to discuss bulk orders or customization options?
Yes, you can schedule a meeting here.
Are there any restrictions on shipping locations or international orders?
We only offer shipping within the US - we may ship a couple boxes internationally at a much steeper fee, but we cannot guarantee arrivals.
Ordering & Changes

Can you change the shipping address on my order?
Yes—if your gift box isn’t fulfilled yet, we’ll update it right away. Email hello@greetabl.com.

Can you cancel my order before it ships?
Yep! If it’s unfulfilled, we’ll cancel and refund to the original payment method.

Can I edit the gift message after checkout?
If we haven’t printed/packed, absolutely. Send su your updated message and we’ll swap it in.

My order still says 'unfulfilled/not shipped.' What’s up?
Status can lag while we print, pack, and hand off to the carrier. You’ll get tracking the moment it’s scanned. If it has been more than three days since you placed your gift box order please contact us.

How do I know it actually shipped? Do you have tracking?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email. If it hasn’t arrived after a reasonable window, ping us and we’ll check.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
We can schedule the ship date to target a delivery window. Exact-date arrival depends on the carrier and shipping method.

Do you deliver to PO boxes, dorms, hospitals, or offices?
Generally yes (PO Boxes via USPS; dorms/hospitals/offices follow local rules). Add detailed recipient info to help the gift find its person.

Can I add/remove items from an order I just placed?
If your custom gift box isn’t packed and sealed, we’ll adjust it for you.

Can you combine multiple orders into one shipment?
If they’re unfulfilled and going to the same address, we’ll combine when possible. It is best to you the send many option for sending many gifts to different addresses. You can simply upload the recipient's address with the send many form.

Can I duplicate a past order to send the same thing?
Be sure to save your order template before checking out and we will save it for you in your account.
Customization & Branding

Can we include a custom printed invitation or insert?
Yes! Send a PDF (keep in mind it must fit in a three inch cube with your selected gift). It’ll tuck inside your gift box like a pro invitation.

Can we add our logo or brand colors to the box?
Yes—that is what makes Greetabl the best corporate gifting solution. You can create and upload a branded design or provide assets or ideas and we can make one for you. Great for corporate gifting, client gifts, and campaigns.

Can each gift have a personalized message per recipient?
Totally. Upload a CSV or send a list; we’ll personalize each card. The message is part of the Send Many template which you will see in the order process.

Do you offer fully custom box prints?
Yes, sign up for an insider Pro Subscription (cancel at anytime) and we will design a box for you.

Can you send a proof before production?
Yes—please request a digital proof for inserts/branding. Approve it, then we go to print.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a special presentation?
Our packaging is designed to 'wow,' and we can add premium touches for larger orders.

Can we include our own small item in the gift box?
Often yes—share the dimensions/weight and we’ll confirm fit and handling.
Pricing, Discounts & Payments

Do you offer bulk pricing or volume discounts?
Yes—the Insider Pro program is specifically for this. It is a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time.

We missed a promo code—can you apply it after purchase?
If eligible and recent, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Will you offer the same Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount as last year?
Promos change each season. Ask us for current corporate gifting offers and we’ll share the best option.

Can we pay by invoice/PO instead of credit card?
Approved accounts can use PO/invoice. We also support pre-purchased store credits for ongoing programs.

Are you tax-exempt friendly? What docs do you need?
Yes—send your exemption certificate; we’ll mark your account accordingly.

Can you share a W-9 and vendor setup details?
Absolutely. We’ll send our W-9 and complete vendor onboarding forms.

What’s the cost per gift, including shipping and branding fees?
The best way to get pricing is to add what you want to your shopping cart and you will see the all in pricing, including shipping. We can quote an all-in per-gift price based on items, branding, and destination. No surprises.

Can you hold a quote or lock pricing?
Yes—quotes typically have a validity window. Tell us your approval date.
Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options, speeds, and costs?
We offer standard and expedited options. Costs depend on destination and weight; we’ll quote before you buy.

My tracking shows no movement. What’s happening?
Scans can lag 24–48 hours. If stalled beyond our window, we open a trace and offer reship or refund.

If a package is lost or very delayed, will you reship or refund?
Yes—after carrier investigation or extended inactivity, we’ll make it right. If a gift card is lost at no fault of Greetabl we cannot offer a refund due to fraud issues, a gift card is cash and we only make 2% profit on gift cards.

Can you intercept or reroute a package that already shipped?
It is usually not possible to change the address of a shipped package. If you gave us the wrong address we can ship another gift box for $10.

How long does international shipping take, and who pays duties/taxes?
Transit time varies by country. Duties/taxes depend on destination rules; we’ll advise your options.

Do you offer Saturday delivery or holiday cutoff guidance?
We publish holiday cutoffs each season. Saturday delivery depends on carrier/service.
Returns, Refunds & Issues

Something arrived damaged—can you reship or refund?
Yep—if Greetabl is not at fault we’ll reship fast for a flat $10 fee.

An item is out of stock—what are my options?
Choose: wait for restock, or swap for a similar item (price difference handled automatically).

When will my refund appear on my card?
Typically 3–7 business days after we process it (bank dependent).

We received the wrong item/design—how do you fix it?
We’ll remake and reship ASAP or refund—your call.

The gift arrived without the message—what can be done?
We’ll resend the message digitally and can include a follow-up note in a replacement if needed.

How do we upload a recipient list (CSV/template)?
Upload our simple CSV template (name, email, address, message, etc.). We’ll automate gifting for milestones or campaigns.

Can we ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Yes—multi-address is our thing. Upload your list and we’ll split the shipments.

What’s the lead time for 10/50/200 gifts?
Small runs: often a few business days. Large/branded runs: add print and kitting time. Tell us your date; we’ll plan backwards.

Can you stage gifts and release on specific dates?
Yes—schedule sends to hit birthdays, work anniversaries, launches, or event dates.

Can we pre-purchase credits and use them over time?
Yes—prepaid credits = faster approvals and easier budgeting for ongoing corporate gifting.

We do—get a dedicated point of contact, calendar planning, and reporting for client gifts and employee gifts at scale.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation—can you resend it?
Absolutely—confirm your email and we’ll resend + verify future notifications.

Can you identify the sender of a gift I received?
Yes (with privacy checks). Share your tracking details and we’ll help you thank the right human.

Can you tell me what was inside the delivered gift?
If you’re the recipient or the original sender, we can confirm contents.

How do I track my order if I lost the email?
We’ll resend the link or look it up by name and zip.

Can you send me a copy of the invoice/receipt?
Yes—PDF incoming. If you need PO numbers or tax details on it, tell us.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing but still get order updates?
Use the unsubscribe link for promos; transactional emails (order updates) will still reach you.
